Terms and conditions – Deluxe Pamper pack
- By participating in the Win a Deluxe Pamper Package competition (Promotion), each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions are binding.
- The promoter is Body Catalyst, trading as BC LEASING GROUP PTY LTD, ABN 57 629 064 295 of 26A Chuter Avenue, Monterey, NSW 2217 (Promoter).
- The Promotion commences at 9AM (AEDT) on Tuesday March 28nd 2023 and closes at 11:59 (AEDT) on Thursday April 27th 2023 (Promotion Period).
- Entry is open to Australian residents only who are over 18 years of age.
How to Enter:
- To enter this Promotion you must complete the competition form including your email address, phone number and date of birth.
- This is a game of chance and skill plays no part. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
- Multiple entries are not permitted.
- Employees of the Promoter, immediate family members of any employee, and any associated company or agency of the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
- Judging for the prize will take place at of 26A Chuter Avenue, Monterey, NSW 2217 at 10:00 (AEDT) on Friday April 28th 2023.
- Prize includes a Body Catalyst Waffle Robe, Swiish Beauty Buzz Apoptogenic Collagen Coffee, Body Catalyst Body Brush and a $100 Body Catalyst Gift Voucher. There are x5 prizes to give away. Each prize value is over $400. Total Prize pool is valued at over $2000.
- Winners of this competition will be notified via email to their nominated email address by 15:00 (AEDT) on Friday May 5th 2023.
- This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold, exchanged for cash.
- If the winner cannot be contacted by 17:00 (AEDT) on Friday May 19th 2023 the Promoter has the right to select a new winner.
- The Promoter reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition at any time.
