Our founder and CEO, Samantha Barakat Light is a momentum coach with Global sisters. As a female-owned and operated company ourselves, we are committed to supporting other women to grow personally, and in business.
When women are given skills, connections and support they so often miss out on, there is no stopping them. They break down barriers, force change and move us all on. They start-up and grow businesses, lift up communities, and make the economy a more equal, more inclusive place. All these women need, is the same backing given to everyone else.
Global Sisters exists to enable women to be financially resilient and stand tall. Global Sisters provides a genuine alternative for women who are unable to participate in mainstream employment or are in low-paid insecure jobs. By removing the structural and circumstantial barriers they commonly face, we make self employment a viable option.
Sisters face many barriers and challenges…and these have only been amplified by COVID-19. Our current Sisters are pivoting their businesses to survive the economic impacts of the pandemic and with increasing unemployment, Global Sisters is seeing exponential growth in new Sisters wanting Global Sisters support.
