BEFORE AND AFTERS

WHAT IS CELLULITE?

Most of us have it, in fact, 90% of women do, but what actually is cellulite? The cellulite on our legs, bums and thighs are caused by fat cells that permeate through weakened connective tissue under the skin. It is more prevalent in women due to the female body’s unique distribution of fat, muscle, and connective tissue.

While we cannot completely eliminate existing cellulite, we can significantly reduce the amount of cellulite. At Body Catalyst, we use a combination of three treatment options to reduce the appearance of cellulite – Radio FrequencyFat Cavitation and TeslaFormer Muscle Definer.

We understand that each individual body is unique, which is why all of our treatments are tailored to you and your body goals. At your complimentary consultation, our expert therapists will advise the best treatment plan to cater to your needs.

HOW DO WE REDUCE CELLULITE?

Body Catalyst uses the most advanced technology available to treat cellulite. The Robolex and Dalyance machines, use a combination of fat cavitation and radio frequency to break down fat and visibly tighten skin.

Working in a three-stage process; fat reduction, skin tightening, lymphatic draining, Body Catalyst has worked up the recipe to reduce cellulite;

First, Fat Cavitation uses an ultrasound to rupture and break down stubborn fat cells

Second, Radio Frequency heats the skin to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, tightening weakened skin tissues as well as assists in liquifying fat cells.

Third, TeslaFormer uses functional magnetic stimulations (FMS) to help excel the body’s lymphatic system, promoting efficient drainage of fat cells.

We recommend completing a minimum of 10 sessions to achieve noticeable results. At your complimentary consultation, your expert therapist will recommend the appropriate treatment plan to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Cellulite?

Cellulite happens when the fibrous bands of connective tissue under the skin don’t cross over as much to provide the support needed. Fat (in any quantity) then bulges out from this connective tissue – which is why you can be slim and still have cellulite.

Which areas can be treated?

Our treatments can be applied to any area of the body that would benefit from cellulite reduction. Common areas are the thighs, bottom, abdomen & arms.

Are there any side effects?

You may experience some redness which usually dissipates within an hour. Some clients report some redness, swelling, or a slight feeling of heat in the treated area – but this is rare and these symptoms should disappear within 24 hours.

Is the treatment safe?

Yes. The treatment itself is non-invasive, meaning it does not penetrate the skin so there is no risk of infection or complication. Plus, we only use the latest and most advanced medical grade technology that is applied by a highly qualified therapist.
